Booking Your Trip

Here is a handy checklist to assist you in booking your next fishing vacation with us.

• Contact our office to DETERMINE AVAILABILITY OF DATES.
• MAKE A RESERVATION by calling our office or by filling out our on-line form.
• PAY YOUR DEPOSIT WITHIN 2 WEEKS from booking your reservation. A deposit of $500 per person is required for reservations at Miminiska Lodge and a $300 deposit is required for reservations at Makokibatan Lodge or the Makok Outpost. These deposits are refundable only when notice of cancellation is received 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. It can be paid by Visa, Master Card, money order or personal check.

• DECIDE MODE OF TRANSPORTATION TO OUR DEPARTURE LOCATIONS.
If flying by commercial airline, contact our recommended travel agents for great rates.
• MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS if required. We can book these for you.
• ADVISE OFFICE OF SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS. ( eg. guides, special diets, beverage orders)
• PACK YOUR BAGS! YOU ARE GOING FISHING!
